Adding Products:
You can add a product to your Enso Subscription via your account page. Simply sign in by clicking on the person icon at the top right corner of our homepage and select ‘Edit Subscriptions.’ Then select ‘Subscriptions’ under your name and choose ‘Add Product.’ You will then have the option to add that product to your existing delivery date or choose a custom date.
Please note: You can add an additional subscription product to your order 72 hours before your next order ships.
How to cancel subscription:
You can skip a delivery on your account page. Simply sign in via the person icon at the top right corner of our homepage and select ‘Edit Subscriptions’ then select ‘Delivery Schedule’. There you can see all future deliveries and skip as needed.
You can also cancel your subscription at any time through your account page. Simply sign in (same way as above) and select ‘edit subscriptions’, select ‘subscriptions’ under your name and select CANCEL next to your purchase.

Returns for Subscription Orders:
- Will be charged monthly 10 days before shipment date. We request any cancellations be Made 15 days before your next shipment so the administrative work can be processed and cancelled. Any orders that are not cancelled within 15 days will be shipped and cancelled for the following month.
- All Subscription orders are not subject to return or exchange for store credit unless accepted by customer service
